These are the conclusions of 09/07/2026, when the deploy recommendation was H4-origin. On 05/08/2026 the pass58 config (Trend M3 + DCA Neg OFF) was declared STABLE — so "only H4-origin survives everything" and "every M3 build blows up in 2023" are no longer absolutely true: pass58 is the first M3 build that survives the 2023 staircase (see Backtest comparison). "EA v1.46" here is the stair-step experiment line (1.42–1.47) that was abandoned; the InpStairStepEnable/StableBars inputs do not exist in the current .set. Today: production EA 1.42 b7 (split from b21.1), stable config v1.42.b7-pass58.set (see every value).

On $100k: +$240,570 (predicted $242k, 99.4% match), PF 1.16, Recovery 3.36, Win 91.52%, survives every regime. But equity DD is 41% on $100k (under-capitalised) → MUST run on $150k (fixed lot → % on 1.5× capital → DD ~31% = the 1× profile). The Scale1.5x build (#2, USD-fixed) only scales lot → a "half measure" ($208k, DD 30.6% on $100k).

  1. Primary Trend TF là lever gốc. M3 = quá nhạy → flip-trap (cháy 2023 staircase & whipsaw). H4 = sống mọi regime. Đây là fix gốc, không phải cắt lỗ.
  2. Switching (stair-step) LUÔN tìm ra 1 whipsaw để chết — vì switch sang H4 làm tắt clearing nhanh của M3 (thứ cứu M3 trong whipsaw). Không tách được "profit M3 + safety H4". Với primary=H4, stair là NO-OP → tắt đi (InpStairStepEnable=false).
  3. Chặn lệnh bồi = starve recovery = cháy. ApplyAdd=true (double-gate) hoặc cap DCAPosMaxTrades đều giết recovery → margin call. Lệnh bồi vừa là rủi ro vừa là ĐỘNG CƠ gỡ lỗ.
  4. Không có hard SL (theo triết lý follow-trend + bias close-all). Đuôi rủi ro thật (flash/gap/reversal) — nếu muốn chặn wipeout: catastrophe close-all ~45% (chưa dùng).
  5. Scale lot phải scale CẢ USD target (insight #4): scale lot ×N VÀ mọi Inp*USD threshold ×N trên vốn ×N → profit$ ×N, DD$ ×N, DD% ~không đổi, dynamics = bản 1× validated. Chỉ scale lot mà giữ USD cố định → clear sớm → dịch dynamics → Pass 10 đã CHÁY -$96,858. (GlobalSL/ratio/multiplier KHÔNG scale.) Đừng scale trên vốn cố định quá mức (margin bind → DD vọt).
  6. .set stale-value gotcha: input mới thiếu trong file .set cũ → MT5 GIỮ giá trị stale từ lần chạy trước (không reset default). Luôn kiểm InpStairStepEnable/StableBars trong tab Inputs sau khi load.
  7. Verify build: panel/log hiện version qua macro GR_VER (v1.46+); nếu thấy version sai → đang chạy ex5 cũ.
  1. The primary Trend TF is the root lever. M3 = too sensitive → flip-trap (blows up in the 2023 staircase & whipsaw). H4 = survives every regime. This is the root fix, not a stop-loss.
  2. Switching (stair-step) ALWAYS finds a whipsaw to die in — because switching to H4 turns off M3's fast clearing (the thing that saves M3 in a whipsaw). "M3 profit + H4 safety" cannot be separated. With primary=H4, stair is a NO-OP → turn it off (InpStairStepEnable=false).
  3. Blocking adds = starving recovery = blow-up. ApplyAdd=true (double gate) or capping DCAPosMaxTrades both kill recovery → margin call. Adds are both the risk and the ENGINE of loss recovery.
  4. No hard SL (by the follow-trend + bias close-all philosophy). The real tail risk (flash/gap/reversal) — to block a wipeout: a catastrophe close-all at ~45% (not used yet).
  5. Scaling lot must scale the USD targets TOO (insight #4): scale lot ×N AND every Inp*USD threshold ×N on ×N capital → profit$ ×N, DD$ ×N, DD% ~unchanged, dynamics = the validated 1× build. Scaling lot only with fixed USD → clears too early → dynamics shift → Pass 10 BLEW UP at -$96,858. (GlobalSL/ratios/multipliers are NOT scaled.) Don't over-scale on fixed capital (margin binds → DD jumps).
  6. .set stale-value gotcha: a new input missing from an old .set file → MT5 KEEPS the stale value from the previous run (does not reset to default). Always check InpStairStepEnable/StableBars in the Inputs tab after loading.
  7. Verify the build: the panel/log shows the version via the GR_VER macro (v1.46+); if the version is wrong → an old ex5 is running.

Lưu ý hiện tại: pass58 lại dùng Trend M3 nhưng tắt DCA Neg; điều đó không mâu thuẫn với "KHÔNG hạ TF về M3" trong ngữ cảnh H4-origin — hai cách sửa khác nhau cho cùng một kiểu cháy. Xem So sánh backtest.
